COST

Australia & New Zealand - We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 Australia-wide.

Spend over $100 & get FREE shipping. (excluding Surfboard Clocks)

Overseas—We ship to most countries... we charge a flat shipping rate of $20 for small items. Shipping for Surfboard Clocks will be higher. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Your order will be fully trackable and will usually be dispatched in 3-4 business days. Surfboard clocks are custom made to order and may take 10-14 days. If for some reason there is a delay, we will let you know, but we will always try to get it to you ASAP.

Australia—For standard post expect your order in 3-7 business days after it's been dispatched. The further out in the sticks you are, the longer delivery may take.

Overseas—If you're overseas, we use Australia Post's international services, allow 2-3 weeks. (I know, that's a while, but it'll be worth the wait.)

RETURNS

Any dramas with your new items, flick us an email within 30 days of purchase and we'll sort it out. If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind get in touch to discuss.

If you receive your tee and there are any quality issues let us know ASAP and we'll sort you out. We've rigorously tested our products and are confident you're going to get a long life out of your top. 

OVERSEAS ORDERS

If you're shopping from outside of Australia, please choose carefully as we're going to have to charge you an extra round of shipping should we need to send you a replacement.
